The facilities
at New Foundations serve many different functions. Here you can find
information on how each facility serves its members.
High Management Group Home
The primary function of the Standridge Road facility is our High Management
Group Home. Other offices housed in the facility include: the Admissions
Department, Therapeutic Family Services, Development and Public Relations,
the Finance Department, Food Services, Human Resources, the Purchasing
Department, the Quality Improvement Department, Maintenance Department,
the Senior Executive Leadership Team, and Wrap-Around Services. The
High Management Group Home is the facility that you visited.
Seabrook Building
The Seabrook Building houses our Family Counseling Center, and Training Department.
South Tower Street
This facility houses our Temporary De-escalation Center, and Clinical Department.
Cluster Facility
This is our Cluster Supervised Independent Living Program. It is an
8-plex apartment building. The facility is co-ed with males on the bottom
floor and females on the top floor. There are 2 residents to each apartment
and a staff office on site with wake staff 24 hours per day. The facility
is licensed for 12 residents.
Male Pathways Facility
This is our Male Pathways Supervised Independent Living Program. It
is an old farm house in Anderson with bedrooms upstairs for residents.
There is a staff office on site with 24 hour wake staff. There are 2
residents to each room. The facility is licensed for 10 residents.
